Cabins are smoke-free. This policy allows for a healthy living throughout your stay here in the Big South Fork Wilderness Resort Area.
Cabins are provided with the basic supplies for the bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen. We also proved the gas for the grills, however, the charcoal grills are the responsibility of the renter.
Cabins are set with Satellite TV's, VCR's...and some even in each bedroom.
Cabins are immaculately cleaned prior to each guests stay with us. We have a few things for you to do upon leaving, but we will throughly clean for the next guests.
Most cabins have a fireplace, some are gas and some are wood fueled. We will have wood on site for those wanting a cozy fire.
All cabins offer central heat/air and have fully equipped kitchens for the culinary "cabin experience' meals....good luck!
All cabin rentals will have a security deposit place prior to the rental. If all goes well with your rental and there are no damages, the full deposit will be refunded, and very quickly!. If something should need to be repaired, you will be given a "maintenance" number to call. Please use common curtesy when calling during the evening hours. Please do not leave the cabin at the end of your stay with something broken....we will need to replace this at your cost.
Each cabin is differently laid out, offers different amenities for each rental...but the one great common is the beauty and serenity that is offered on this pristine property. Please respect and honor the love of nature and tranquility during your stay.
Those bringing horses with will have available stalls with first-night shavings included in the horse fee. Our stalls are clean, nice and close to each cabin for the horse lovers...and the trails are conveniently located as well.
